| Right from its inception, CESAP has been conceived to be a self-financing Unit with no grant or subvention from Government, the University or elsewhere. It is expected to be run efficiently and profitably. With this challenge taken up therefore, accountability, probity and prudent management and fairness to all concerned have been the watchword. Our fees vary according to course and are competitive but affordable. The Centre reserves the right to change its fees. All payments to the Centre are done though the purchase of bank draft from the following banks First Bank Plc., Union Bank Plc., UBA Plc., Afribank Plc., Wema Bank Plc., Gateway Bank Plc., Gulf Bank Plc., First City Monument Bank Plc., Cooperative Bank Plc., O.O.U.
